Farming [ ]
Mining [ ]
Combat [ ]
- There are enchantments that should be avoided such as Knockback.
- Cleave is excellent for farming grouped mobs on private islands to level up Revenant Armor or Tarantula Armor faster. Cleavers, Super Cleavers, and Hyper Cleavers can also be used for this purpose. However, the cleave has a very short radius range meaning the group of mobs must be very close together in order to deal damage but deal low damage.
- Some suggestions for swords are as follows; For a beginning player, the user should use an Undead Sword with lapis armor. For an early-game player, the user should try to go for a Raider Axe (both of which can be used in mid-game as well as a utility item) as well as ender armor. For a mid-game player, the user should go for more expensive sword such as an Aspect of the End and paired with Strong Dragon Armor. This mid-game build is viable until about dungeons floor 3. At this point, players should use either a Zombie Soldier Cutlass for berserker or Bonzo's Staff for mage with mob loot for armor. After completing floor 4, a Spirit Sceptre is recommended for mages, while archers can get a Juju Shortbow. At floor 5, berserker and archer can get 3/4 Shadow Assassin Armor paired with a Zombie Knight Chestplate, and berserker can get a Livid Dagger, which is a great weapon. Floor 6 will give mages, tanks, and healers the option of Necromancer Lord Armor, a grant set for effective HP. The Flower of Truth will also become available, which is a great berserker weapon, as well as the Giant's Sword, a great option for left-click mages. Floor 7 is the final major step, where players gain access to the wither sets and the Necron's blades.
- Players should always reforge their weapons/armor, as well as talismans in order to maximize damage output.
- Players should never throw away a sword, weapon, tool, or armor piece. Instead, save it or sell it.
- The best ways to level up combat are Zombie Slayer, Ghost farming and rose runs. Doing zombie slayer is only recommended if you have a lot of money since its not very profitable, Ghost farming is only recommended for mid-game to late-game players since Ghosts deal ᚏ True Damage , and lastly rose running, it is very popular for dungeons sweats since it gives about 1m~ Combat xp per hour.
Foraging [ ]
Fishing [ ]
- Fishing in the rain is faster.
- One of the best spots is in the Spider's Den. This is a good spot because the Spider's Den naturally rains for 20 minutes every hour.
- If one wants to get squids, they should go to The Park and buy rain from Vanessa, as it not only provides squids, but it also gives a chance to give a Squid Pet, which helps immensely with fishing, and with the added bonus of Ink Sacks going for a lot on the Bazaar.
- If one intends to grind fishing, it would be in their best interest to get an Ammonite Pet as this increases α Sea Creature Chance allowing to get many sea creatures worth tons of fishing exp.
- But if one does not intend to manually fish to level up the skill, use a high level Clay Minion or Fishing Minion with a Super Compactor 3000 and an Enchanted Lava Bucket, and if one is willing to take the trade-off of leveling up Fishing faster over a slight amount of profit, then it may be beneficial to consider using Hamster Wheels.
- Fish Bait is the most used Fishing Bait to spawn sea creatures, and is usually worth using. If one wants rarer sea creatures and ☂ Fishing Speed , and has a large amount of money, it may be preferable to use Whale Bait, as it provides extra fishing speed, higher change for rare sea creatures, along with a chance of double drops from fishing.
- The best fishing rods to use are the Rod of the Sea for water fishing, Hellfire Rod for lava fishing, with the Auger Rod being the best for fishing in the Jerry Pond.
- Don't forget to wear armor with Sea Creature Chance, like Angler Armor, Salmon Armor, Diver's Armor, or Shark Scale Armor.
- The Pond Island comes with a Prismarine Crystal floating on top, increasing the chance of getting Prismarine Crystals and Prismarine Shards.
- The ideal setup to level up Fishing is Magma Lord Armor paired with a Hellfire Rod and an Ammonite Pet, while swapping to an Legendary Squid Pet for its Fishing XP boost.
Enchanting [ ]
Enchanting has been made fairly easy by the addition of the Experimentation Table, but it still takes some few weeks to get Enchanting LX .
Dungeons [ ]
- If an Early game player wishes to do Dungeons they should do lower floors such as Floor I and Floor II, and go for the Berserk class as its life steal makes it easier to survive.
- Mid-game players should consider doing any floor between Floor IV and Floor VI, as those have great money and Catacombs XP outputs.
- If Catacombs level is below 28 it is recommended to go for the Berserk class, because life steal and melee damage are essential in Floor V, Floor VI and Floor VII.
- End-game players should consider switching to the Archer class, while still using both Hyperion and a Terminator. This setup is recommended for end-game players that are willing to invest a lot in dungeons, as it can cost above 1 billion.
- To learn more about doing Dungeons it is recommended to check out the main Tutorials: the Dungeon Ultimate Guide, or the Tutorials for each class: Mage Guide, Berserk Guide, Tutorials/Archer Guide, Tutorials/Healer Guide and Tutorials/Tank Guide.
Reforging [ ]
Most reforges are based on damage for Berserk setups and some are exclusive to other class set ups.
- The best for swords are Withered for ❁ Strength , Spicy for ☠ Crit Damage and Sharp for ☣ Crit Chance .
- The best for bows is Spiritual if one is willing to spend a good amount of coins. Otherwise, it is recommended to use /Precise/Unreal/Rapid.
- The best for armor vary depending on class:
- If the armor set is tank type like Perfect Armor or Goldor's Armor, put Giant/Reinforced/Heavy or perfect.
- If the armor set is mage type like Wise Dragon Armor or Storm's Armor, put Wise if on a budget. Otherwise, use 3/4 Necrotic with Loving on the chestplate.
- If the armor set is melee type like Shadow Assassin Armor or Necron's Armor, put Ancient.
- The best for Fishing Rods is Salty or Treacherous. It can be applied only at Terry.
- The best for talismans is:
- Shaded for Common - Epic for ❁ Damage .
- Strong for Legendary and higher.
- Unpleasant for Common/ Uncommon if you're low on ☣ Crit Chance .
- Silky for Common - Mythic for high ☠ Crit Damage with Mastiff Armor as a Tank or Hurtful.
- Bizzare for Common - Mythic for high intelligence for Mages.
- Demonic for a balance between damage and intelligence.
Money Making Methods [ ]
- An easy way to get coins is to mine sand, then selling it to the Bazaar. This guarantees you 2,000–12,000 coins per inventory.
- The laziest way to get coins in a short time is to buy items from the NPC, then reselling them for a higher price at the bazaar. A good one is packed ice and flint. Check bazaartracker.com in the Item Resell area for real time information.
- An easy way to get coins early game is shearing Leaves and selling them, as each Leaf block sells for 2 coins
- With a golden axe (Efficiency V) and using Haste III Potions, players can instantly destroy logs from The Park and sell the wood to the Bazaar because wood is worth around 6-8 coins. This is a very efficient method to make money in the early-game since there are lots of wood in The Park.
- If prices for wood fall or fluctuate in the Bazaar, players can start mining other types of Wood (disambiguation) (in the The Park) or selling the wood to NPC merchants.
- By simply breaking wheat at the Farm, you can easily obtain around a thousand coins in no time at all. This is recommended for early game players.
- Use Minions (preferably with Diamond Spreading for even more money) for passive money generation. Some of the best consistent minions for making money are the Clay Minion and Snow Minion.
- For a mid-game player, using the Farmer Boots/Rancher's Boots and a Raider Axe (or other weapon that can one-shot Zealots), they can grind for Summoning Eyes in the Dragon's Nest. They earn coins from kills and selling the summoning eyes and ender pearls on the Bazaar.
- The player can check Bazaar items and their enchanted forms and if they have the recipe to craft it, then use this calculation: If unenchanted item buying price x the amount needed to craft enchanted form < enchanted form of the item's selling prize at Bazaar. If it is true, buy the amount needed for the enchanted form(s) craft it to enchanted form and sell it to Bazaar. It works in all stages of the game, but for the endgame, the player should check higher priced items for more profit. The player should remember that sometimes there are no items that they can do it with, but when there are they can make a great amount of money just by crafting items.
- Check the prices of items in Bazaar and if it is lower than the Merchant price the player can buy from Bazaar and sell to the Merchants. It is recommended to use a Personal compactor 4000 or above for large quantities of items to turn them into enchanted form
- The player can use a method called NPC flipping. The player buys items (available in the Bazaar) from the NPC merchants and sell it at the Bazaar for profit (Note, players can only purchase 640 of the chosen item from the NPC merchants).
- However, the player should be careful! Not all items from NPCs sell for more at the Bazaar, so it would be best for them to check the sell prices of items before buying them.
- A great way to make money is Auction flipping. This is the act of purchasing something and then reselling it for a higher price. Some tips on Auction Flipping are:
- The user should make sure they don't pay above the lowest BIN (buy it now) price.
- The user should try to make multiple bids on multiple items, as that increases the chance of them getting an underpriced item that they can re-sell for more.
- Another Efficient way to make money is through Lost Adventurers. Commonly found in dungeons, a good way to kill them without taking damage is by using a good mage weapon, such as a Spirit Sceptre, or even Bonzo's Staff if it's a lower floor. They will find lost adventurers wearing Dragon Armors and they drop 3x dragon fragments depending on what armor they are wearing, if you are lucky enough to find a lost adventurer wearing Superior Dragon Armor it will drop anywhere between 1 and 3 Superior Dragon Fragment, selling for a great amount of money.
- One of the greatest ways of making money is grinding The Catacombs - Floor VII, but this is only recommended for end-game players as the gear required to efficiently grind Floor 7 is expensive and it is recommended to have a high Catacombs level.
- Mining with maxed Jaded Sorrow and applied with Jade gemstones with a silex applied maxed Gemstone Gauntlet and Mining 50-60 will probably make about 10-20m per hour
- An efficient way to make money is by doing Spider Slayer as it is the easiest and most profitable type of slayer. For early-game players it is recommended to do Tarantula Broodfather t2 or t3, mid-game players should do t4's for 60-64 Toxic Arrow Poison which sells for 2.5k at npc's, Flycatcher which sells for 500k and Tarantula Pet to make money.
Other Tips [ ]
- The user should always make sure they have a great amount of money in their bank, to be able to get the maximum interest.
- If the player doesn't have enough minion slots, they should alternate their minions, depending on their objective.
- If the player is in the early-game stage, they should buy Compactors from bazaar for their minions, as they are cheap and usually prevent the minions from getting full for at least a day, depending on the minion.
- The player should consider storing essential items in their Ender Chest. It can be accessed at any time via the SkyBlock Menu
- When the user breaks portals, the portal item won't come out. They will need to craft another one.
- It is always smart for the players to set themselves objectives. They should try to stick to their objective, else they might make poor financial decisions and spend money on items they do not need.
- To get Gravel, go to the Spider's Den.
- To get Sand, the user needs to have unlocked either Cactus V to make a Desert Island, Raw Fish IV to make a pond island or The Barn to go to the Desert Settlement which contains a large amount of sand.
- To get Ice, the user can buy it from the Builder, by going to the Jerry Pond, or using a Biome Stick to turn the biome of their island into a Cold Taiga. All exposed water sources will turn into ice, and using a Silk Touch pickaxe to mine them will drop Ice.
- If the player is buying an item and is planning on doing Dungeons, they should make sure they have enough money to open Dungeon Reward Chests
- When is the most recent bid? Usually, if the other bidder has bid within the last 30 minutes they are still online, but this can be checked using API viewer tools.
- The player should always check the Bazaar to see if they can buy the required materials to craft the item for less money.
- The player should always check the BIN (Buy It Now) of an item to see the lowest price of that item to make sure they don't overpay.
